Return Period:

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • For shipments to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return:

  • Contact us at team@heliocentric.life to start a return.
  • We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Contact us immediately if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges:

  • We recommend returning the original item first, then placing a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank processing may take additional time.
