Return Period:
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

For shipments to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

How to Return:

We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Inspect your order upon arrival.

Contact us immediately if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges:

We recommend returning the original item first, then placing a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank processing may take additional time.
